i mean i was vs him once allthough i played so safe still i could not win line at all since jg rolers totally forgot we have a top line XD

Last Stand only works in very limited situation, most of the time, if you are very low on health, you wouldn't be getting anything out of it anyway.
Tiamat is a pretty good item to clear waves fast, so if you are forced to farm under turret, you can try and catch the wave before the wave crashes to your turret with tiamat. Though I recommend players try to get a tiamat first in a losing lane, I seldom does it due to my playstyle, so don't take my games as reference.
As for corrupting potion, I believe that getting one of the doran's would be better. You can always just get a refillable potion later, and the doran's gives you more overall strength in 1v1s or to counter pokes. Getting corrupting potion means that you are forced into a passive playstyle as your all in is pretty weak.
