Well actually I enjoyed spellvamp on her. Will of the Ancient isnt bought as often as it should anyway. I didnt play Cassiopea soooo much, but going something like (not necessarily in order : Sorcerer's shoe/mercurial treads, Archangel's staff, will of the ancients, frozen heart, rabaddon, abyssal payed, for me at least. With this kind of build, you got enough resistance to make your vamp quite a pain.
You dont have enought range to play as a glass canon anyway, and I feel that's why most cassiopea tend to fail hardcore.
EDIT: Using like half of this build, you can solo baron with blue buff. That's pretty cool for a caster in my opinion.
