This is just wrong, and I do not even know where to start.
Sorry if this seems harsh, but it is just how things are.

You are not going to get any value out of Overheal, as your Focused Resolve heals you percentually off your MISSING HEALTH - so you cannot heal excessively, as you never even reach 100% HP with the heal.

Grasp of the Undying is just a horrible choice for ranged champions, the damage and healing of it are halved and bonus health gained is reduced to 2 - therefore it is not valuable in any point of the game.

The build is not consistent or viable in any way possible that I can see.
