Long sword is better for aggression at level 3 all in and generally the prefered option - dark seal is good for wave control and when you go electrocute - electrocute + dark seal early is solid.

I have a question, is this a good guide to begin with Katarina because I wanna play kat I don’t know which one to take, and I see good things in the discussion but I’m new to kat so is it also good for beginners

Did you guys know that her E is like a Flash. She can dash through yasuo's tornado and other skillshots

Greeting Elnino9, i wanted to say that i really like this guide im not new to league so i know which champ can one shot every one in enemy team and one of those champs are kata i love to play katarina specialy because of dashes other stuff is awesome i love guide keep making guides like this i wanted to ask you about matchup vs veigar?.

Against - Play aggressive pre level 6. If he uses his Q to farm, play aggressive as he walks up to last hit CS. Juke his other abilities if he cages you in. He's very squishy so punish his weak early, he will most of the time over-extend for CS to stack his Q.

I wonder how you deal ahri because she can one shot you ( and as soon as she gets 1 or 2 kills, it's over. Even under turret, it's hard to not get poked to death) and easily interrupt your ult. I would put her in the hard counter section.

I'm creating an ahri Matchup video relatively soon, She is not a high threat level compared to other champions but she is elusive and her triple dashes can avoid your daggers with relative ease, however when you have Gunblade and aren't even with her, you one shot her before she is able to escape.

I have the video footage for it already but if you want a brief explanation on dealing with Ahri:

Careful when you CS because she will Q you, she will try to go for pokes. Use Shunpo if you need to avoid skillshots or step back. Dodge her E and Q and try to take as little poke in lane as possible. You can play aggressive when her charm is on CD. She's open to an all-in when her E is on CD, she's vulnerable without it. She can kite you at 6 and avoid daggers, becareful when you're low HP because she'll have 3 dashes and she could kill you.

I really liked this guide, I am pretty new to the game and when she was avalible in the free rotation I checked this guide to learn her combo's so that I atleast know what to expect when I am up against her in a game.
The fact that you take the time to show things multiple ways, aswell as to explain stuff that an more adapt person may skip past really helped me alot understanding and quickly picking things up.

(I have been playing for roughly 6-8 months so am still learning basic things it feels like) This guide felt complete and like I was actually picking up what Katarina wants to do, instead of it being just another run-over without actually guiding me.
