Nice groovy guide with a clear build, well done VEmbracing Dark.

Like a lot the items section, super clear.
Some very useful details about laning (especially "place two bombs on top of each other in the small gap between the casters and melee minions" duh, so obvious yet never thought about it ^^) and gameplay.

Pros and cons section is nice but the pros could enjoy some extra details so it looks as big as the cons.
It is obvious considering the build (no ward item) but I was sure it is a Mid Zilean build only reaching the time in the bottle explanation at "most cases you will be giving this to your jungler or support when they roam near mid".
Maybe a more detailed match-up section beyond Xerath and Lissandra could be welcome.

Finally 1 question :
Instead of perfect timing, what other rune could you advise ? minion dematerializer ?

You can't take instead of because it shares a slot with , so you would have to take it instead of that. You can take or instead of though, but is the best.
