I do. It's much more difficult the higher elo you go, but some abusable things in lower elo that most will let you get away with is

- Passiveless trade: q in, immediately w, auto q auto q or e out. Camille only gets her passive shield after autoing you, if you engage with your stun it's hard for them to time this correctly.

Bone plating: pop it with a well spaced q and maybe a short trade before committing to a solid trade.

Rinse and repeat until one shot combo kills.

- To prevent her from running, after her e connects with the wall, stun her or knock her up. If you get good with the timing you should never miss another opportunity to stop this ability. When she's close to a wall it's very hard to time though.

- Make sure to be absolutely positive she is stunned when you ult. Her clicking r to avoid your ult has lost me so many fights.

Otherwise you do eventually get outscaled unless you make her homeless lol. So aim to make her useless and try to close out the game before she gets too many items.

Try to take advantage of early levels and your stronger all in (lv 6) prior to her getting trinity force and often below diamond you can get a pretty solid advantage if you know the matchup well.

To answer your question directly, if you're not ahead by the time she hits trinity force it's pretty unlikely you win fights anymore.

High diamond most Camille's know how to play this matchup through and through so it is very difficult to pilot. Maybe a challenger player would have more to say about piloting at that level.

I really feel urged when people comment on it and if that coincides with having the time to do it I knock out some.

So many matchups to add and I have a full time job and other commitments that aren't streaming like I had so dearly hoped. So unfortunately so I don't have the kind of freedom I had when I was younger to spend 10 hours editing and fleshing out the matchup guide like I'd want to just to have a large chunk of it be outdated in 6 months lol.

Ironically I have fully updated it since, and it's still about 3 years overdue. The first half or so is up to date at least presuming those matchups haven't changed further.
