I am sorry for you and the bad game you had to play (and probably lose) because of someone trolling / feeding.
Still I advise to not give too much weight to such douchebags, it would be showing them too much consideration. Nothing is worse than indifference, a good mute + report then chill and laugh is probably the best reaction :)
Wish you more luck with your team-mates in the future.
PS : and hopefully this douchebag shall get other trollers every game he wants to play serious, karma exist ;)

First of all, you can't report a player you haven't been ingame with, so that sort of defies your entire post, and while we all have had people who for unknown reasons wants to sabotage themselves and others, then there's also an unhealthy "report everyone" culture, where people regardless of the circumstances just throw reports left and right.
The best you can do is just move on and try to forget it, report at the end of the game and rest well knowing that if he keeps it up he will eventually get banned. We have all have had players like that in our games. Stuff like this is also best spouted out in the QQ Thread.
But banning a player for a single isolated case is harsh, it's unlikely but what if the guy had his game open and his 6 year old little brother started a game while his brother was doing something else? Unlikely but it does happen and I wouldn't want to loose my account for a single incident, it's when it's a stream of consistent time and time again that a player should be banned. Like I said above if this player has a track record of ruining games his account will be banned sooner then later, also since you wrote down his name just track him and see what his game history looks like. Maybe it was just a single case of being a troll, or he's already one a fast way track to getting banned. I'm just rambling at this point but toxic players have and will always be a problem in any and every game you play. League use to be really toxic, so much so that I actually quit for a few years then I came back and for the most part it's a lot less toxic then is use to be.
