Ok first of all you got something right, but many mistakes!.

- add some hard counters (lissandra, galio, yasuo, Leblanc,Jayce, Irelia, cassiopia)
- remove brand, zed, malz from counters. they dont counter you if you know how to play. but the upper ones do.

and add how to counter these champions:
Zed: start 12 armor on runes,start longsword + 3 pots, then rush seekers armgard and get the ingenious hunter rune (45%active item cd) in which you can spam zh and gunblade every 30 sec)
diana: get normal runes. grap longsword + 3 pots - rush hexdrinker then you grap another 2 longswords. you completly destroy dianas. you can use this strategy against leblanc aswell or even kassadin/annie.
Zoe and twisted fate: get cleanse over ignite.

if they have a skarner, malz in the enemy teamcomp grab qss.

wow i haven't played for a long time and she was the first champion i ever bought in league i think i should go back to her since it's been so long and this guide is exactly what i needed to get me back up and doing something good in a long while <3

Oh, thanks! Do you have any advice to counter some champions like Akali or Cassiopia? Also I've seen some people using Zhonya's watch to avoid being hit by Kat's ulti, in those cases is better to stop the cast and walk away or try to kill it with the rest of our abiities?

if they use Zhonya's against you try to make them waste it before you use it or if fed use it then keep poking as hard as you can, your ulti is 60 seconds at level 11 while Zhonya's is almost 100 seconds so it should be fine both ways, now if they rush Zhonya's, use it to your advantage since they wasted their gold on a Zhonya's instead of getting the core items, im not sure if whether it helped or not but im hoping it did, if you still need anything im here to help
