Anybody who has read my posts on Mobafire probably know two things about me: I don't like Tahm Kench, and I love off-meta picks. I don't necessarily play these off-meta picks, but I've seen or read about each of these and I love the ideas.
I dedicate this list to Aquadragon33. He's an under-the-radar League streamer with some guides on Mobafire who plays off meta in ranked, and usually does well.

Not putting Phase-shift Tahm Kench in this list. No matter how funny it is. I'm taking an anti-Tahm Kench Stand.

Works best if you've got an AD Mid, Top, and Jungle. I'd list Corki here, but I don't REALLY consider him in the bottom lane as "off-meta".
