Teemo is a super annoying champ, but a lot of what he's good at doing can be cancelled out by playing smart. Teemo really likes to push his lane with his high damage AAs and attack speed, but is super vulnerable to ganks with no dashes whatsoever. Conveniently, you don't really mind being shoved in as GP because you can have impact on the map even without roaming with your ultimate. Just focusing on farming and letting him push will get you lots of farm and set you up for potential ganks. If you have a control ward in the river to spot out shrooms, a well set up gank will definitely get you at least a flash. Later in the game, you completely outscale him. Just get on top of him and you'll be able to win most fights.
Nasus is a super polarizing matchup: you win super hard early and lose super hard late. In early levels, Nasus is weak and very killable if you can poke him down. Since his E costs a significant amount of mana, he can't consistently trade poke with you at all and farm effectively. Go sheen early and get your rocks off while you can, because once he gets triforce and a large number of stacks you won't want to be caught dead in a 1v1 with him. Your best bet for beating him lategame is grouping up and managing side waves well. You can kite him pretty easily in teamfights with your oranges and barrels, just keep chipping at him and you'll come out on top.
Hope these help!
