Build 1 has a total of 75% cdr (60% from items, 15% from runes), and build 2 has a total of 65% cdr (50 & 15), so why are you recommending buying Lucidity Boots? Are you valuing the summoner spell cdr that heavily?

God nevermind report me for stupidity, I see why.

not s stupid question, i've clarified the note on the core items box regarding lucidity. Also for anyone with the same question who finds themselves here, the answer is because early cdr is extremely important to maximise e uptime in lane, plus with transcendence, going over the cdr cap gives us ap for mid-late game.

Woah, those matchups!

A great guide, very detailed matchup section. Even though I am generally against the idea of playing Orianna as a support champion, the Aery rune is amazing for champions like Orianna and Karma, considering they can both protect and attack.
