W guide man. Quick question about gameplay though: what would you say is the best way to play vs kayle? Just played vs her and early game I was crushing it, but post level 6 and a few kills she completely took over the game. I know she's a late-game demon, but I wanted to know how I could at least delay her powerspike long enough to win.

Well since you play range vs melee early on you can try zone her at lvl 2 as she can barely do anything to you with your slow and ms boost with QW. Try to play for exp advantage and don't let her get exp easily as you know.

Hello, i love ur guide but can you teach me how to play aggressive with Gnar? I always got scared when enemy play aggressive too

Hiii! I'm glad to hear that, I only can tell you about basics of that champion cause it's been a while since I played it and updated it to actual gameplay. But you gotta play on your range and 3rd attack of W. It's easy against champions without gap closers like Nasus, and Garen. Also don't forget about passive and how to balance it before going in.

Can you explain how Cull works on Gnar?

In short way, you can go for cull if you feel like you're gonna snowball and do not need any of dorans. I usually go with it against melee that can be easy kited or zoned.

Does the Fleet Footwork rune work well on Gnar? Btw, very helpful guide <3

Thank you so much! Yea Fleet is great rune for Gnar, most player play it. I'll do guide about other runes too. For me Conq is better cause I like to play agressive and stop lane, but Fleet is great if you want to play sustain.

Nice guide. Would he also be good with AoE damage adc/mid laners? EX: gnar R 3+ people, then mf ults, or a viktor ults or something. Would those also be good synergies?

Thanks! Yea ofc, Gnar's potential is really unlimited, I really love combo with Jarvan IV and MF. I think it's ok also with Taliyah or Quiyana. Viktor also would be good but first Gnar's ultimate then Viktor's after short delay due to silence effect. I apologize for this guide because you have to ask me there and you can't just scroll and read about it in guide section. I have no time to update every guide last days due to work and covid problems. But I'll update it as fast as possible. Plans: synergies, match-ups for now.

How does conq stack with gnar? He has a ranged and melee form. Can he only stack 1 at a time while in smol gnar, and 2 at a time with CHONK gnar? Also do you prefer conq or grasp in most matchups, or to be safe.

Hello there. Conqueror stacks with basic attacks as well as with abilities. Gnar's Mini form has got Q with cooldown when catch and a lot of attack speed so it's easy to stack 3 - go away - stack 3 etc. Mega Gnar is melee and has got 4 abilities, with your full combo Q - E - basic - W - Q - basic - R - basic conqueror is stacked and you can do extended fight. Last days when I played Gnar I played conqueror with red runes to test out on lower elo. It's ok to play conqueror but if you don't feel ok with that rune go for fleet or grasp.

cool guide. Just wondering could gnar go conqueror i mean yeah he lacks the trade power and range to use it as a long range champion but i think it could work really well vs close range champs that have no escapes plus when u transform it would be really op

After so many nerfs on conqueror it's really hard. But some Gnar buffs can make it again good rune. I think you can try it and let me know. I'm also testing it so I'll add another build here... Probably :P

In the ''Tips and Tricks'' section the part mentioning leveling up W on level 4 in order to have a lower W cooldown is now outdated, taking into consideration the cooldown being 7 seconds on all levels

I got a question: What are your thoughts about Riot's 'Paths to victory - Frozen Assets Gnar'?

^^ Personally I tried it once yesterday and got an S+, and somehow it felt a bit strong with those weird runes.

I saw that and my build is pretty similar but I prefer kiting and doing some basic attack stuff thats why precision instead sorcery. Anyway thanks for the advice ^^
