I'm a Plat 3 Morde OTP and the only thing I don't agree on are the Matchup details. You can very well beat Darius, Gnar and even Pantheon (after you finish Sunfire cape which will be your first item in this matchup 80% of the time) and You make Tanks suffer if you rush Liandrys first Item. Also I tend to always buy 1 resistance Item first back (either cloth armor or Null magic mantle depending on lane opponent/enemy jungler) I'd still say it's a pretty decent guide overall and the Matchup details probably fit for people who are trying to get into mordekaiser. GL on the Rift!

What do you think about potentially opting for Biscuit Delivery over Future's Market for the Klepto build? Like, I see how Future's Market would help you accelerate your build but I think Biscuit Delivery might have the potential to tip early game trades in Mordekaiser's Favor by further accounting for how his abilities consume health, at least until you get Gunblade.

Biscuit delivery would be good in matchups where you wont get kills early without heavy tradeing.

Hey! I want to play mord sometimes but not as my main... more like for fun and also maybe counterpick. And in that case, when should i pick mord? Who does mord counter mostly and when should i definately not pick him, like who will destroy him easly? thanks in advance

Morde is good vs bruisers and bad vs ranged poke and a lot of cc. Pick morde into jax, yasuo, riven etc. Pantheon, Darius and Maokai are bad melee matchups and ranged champions make mordes life hell. Basically morde suck vs tanks with lots of cc and Juggernauts along with pantheon being a bad matchup because of his ridiculous poke.

over all not a bad guide, i wanted to try morde for some time and your guide helped me, its well rounded but its missing a couple of things, for example how would you go against a vayne or lucian top, what item would you recommend to get first and witch ability to max w or e? in one game i went up against a jax it was kinda hard what would you sugest to go up against him or trinda, for that mater since they are very reliant on auto attacks, should i go gunblade first for sustain or rylai for the slow so i "can" escape with my head on my shoulders, alsow what should i max should i max first e for the shield or w for a heal and some damage if i have a minion wave before they clear it?

Against ranged poke you max E, get a seekers armguard and then rylais vs lucian and vayne. You stick to your minions and cast W on them when fighters/tanks try to farm to haras them and make them or when they engage on you and then depending on if you can win the fight either fight or flee. Max W unless vs heavy poke because W has the best base damage. Q has bad base but high scaling and E costs the most health when maxed. The E shield gain vs champions is better vs multiple opponents in team fights and the health cost to damage ratio does not justify maxing it first unless you have no other choice ( vs ranged opponents)

i am a silver V player mainly support but i like a lot mordekaiser but i have three questions
1)all the morde guides i see put gunblade first item but i feel safer to go protobelt and rilay.
i tried gunblade a bunch of times but i found myself behind after buying it
how could i manage this?
i also have a big fat problem with pantheon... if i dont ban it i have no way to lave vs him i cant even farm and if i try to move only 1 cm from tower even if i stay in tower range he pokes me with Q and if i get to 50% health he towerdives, jumps on top of me and kills me with W and E and a Q and then walks full life out of tower range.
and if it is not pantheon another lane bully comes like darius, renekton, gnar, fiora(i had less problems with the last two).
what i have to do to survive the lane without getting behind and be uselss and towerdived?
1)i max W E Q because i find is 3rd Q hard to hit n almost all champions except Garen if he spins to win or singed without wasting flash or protobelt for it
what is the way to use it properlly

1) Generally you want Rylais first item for the slow, Gunblade is bought for the sustain it gives, the active damage and slow and because morde scales with both ap and ad. 2)Mordekaiser has a tough time vs ranged poke so pantheon will be a problem, i would suggest maxing E first vs him since its your only ranged spell and ask for ganks.
3) The reason E is maxed last in most cases is because it has the highest health cost, it has low base damage but decent scaling and it fills a % of your max for each opponent hit so its better later in the game when team fights happen. You can use your first two Q hits on minions and the third one on the enemy laner, Gunblade slow helps catch up to the enemy for the third Q and try to get a bit infront of the enemy when you prock stromraiders so that you can keep up with him long enough to hit your full Q.

Why do you have Ohmwrecker as one of the defensive item options? Just wondering because most regard it as one of the worst items in LoL.

Omwrecker is there mostly because its a defencive item that don't give mana, and the bonus movement speed is nice too. Its an ok item when vs a full ad team if you have a dive heavy comp.
