Is there any way we can get a download of the database so people can theory-craft/psudo-build offline?
It's a little difficult to find all the information for the items, champions, runes, ect. if you're offline and I think quite a few people would benefit from it.

It's unlikely unless there was a lot of demand for such a thing. I assume you mean some kind of client software that you could run on your computer without needing an internet connection?

At this point we would probably rather devote our limited development time to creating things for the site itself that can provide the most use, to the most people.

However it would be easy enough for anyone to put together and maintain such a spreadsheet without our help :)
