If you wan't to see a Kha Zix OTP who plays with Dark Harvest I would check out damir, he is a challenger OTP Kha Zix player who has been maing Kha Zix for several season now and he is currently playing with Dark Harvest. Dark harvest is a scaling rune but since the meta is a snowball meta, electrocute is better for early-mid game. So I recommend electrocute always on Kha, but Dark Harvest could maybe work in some situations where you have a late game team comp aswell. So yes you can run it, but electrocute is better in most situations :)
