Maybe you explained why do you stack Archangels but whatever the explanation is it wont justify itself. Archangle's passive is UNIQUE. Taking 2 additional Archangels for 300 mana and 3% mana-AP... Its like wasting the 2/3 of the money. Archangel is so good because of the UNIQUE passive. Without it its worts less than one thirth of the money...

And for stacking Archangel's Staffs, i actually explained it ;why this is not often good to stack it, but it's in french so you can't know it, but just don't be rude please, it's never the solution.
