I don't agree with the item build due to the latest nerfs to his ultimate, but the guide to jungling early is pretty sweet. Never seen anyone jungle that fast, and I have personally done it and it works really well.

Yeah there's not much you can do when they gank you while you're jungling. Best you can do is decieve away and wait for them to start attacking whoever you were attacking, and then do the same to them. Stealthers can really hurt your jungling.
