Really nice guide , I follow this whenever I go nunu jungle. Just wondering if due to the ap buffs , should you build protobelt in jungle too.

I would like to know the benefit of two +6 armour rune bonuses over a +9 Adaptive (5.4 AD or 9 AP) and +15-90 HP (lvls 1-18) rune bonus.

Overall, this is an awesome build and thank you for the ton of effort you put into this!

It's simply because Nunu doesn't benefit much from AP and would rather get as tanky as possible. You can actually take the HP rune too if you like, it'll give you better scaling but a less healthy clear. You can also take MR + armor against high magic damage comps.
