Have you tried Vi Top with Hail of Blades?

I haven't. I don't think she will have good matchusps. I've tryed her mid tho and i think she is pretty good against squishy AP champs, early you can poke them with E and at 6 you can one shot them, she also has good roams at 6.

Yeah I never pick her top against tanks. Any other fighter gets one-shot at lv3 though. You should try it out.

As a Vi OTP I wanted your opinion on the new "Hail Of Blades" Keystone,since autoattwck resets don't count for the 3 stacks then Q-aa-E is only one aa then you still get 2 as with passive plus one E charge means the passive allows 2 W procs with a 4 second cool down out of combat. Otherwise I love your guide,just wanted your thoughts on the new Keystone update.

I've tested it and it's decent against more tanky enemyes that want to 1v1 you and not just run away, but against squishies it's not that greate, because they immediately run away or stun you. I still think that electrocute suits better my assassin playstyle of Vi.
