I can never express the euphoria I feel when clearing a huge wave of minions with Sivir!! That's the most thing I like about playing Sivir as ADC!! As for your con "Reliant on getting items" well, that is almost all champions in the games... so I wouldn't even include it in the list even though it still is annoying

You mentioned stormrazor but don't have it on a recommended item. Any particular reason?

Thanks for noticing, that was back when gave 100% crit strike chance after not attacking for a while, allowing to bounce a guaranteed critical auto through the wave. After it was reworked in 9.3, it's no longer a rush item for her. I'll remove it from the ability description. Thanks!

Could I use Lethal Tempo and Inspiration?

You definitely could, as you'd be making up for the lack of extra AD with the Sorcery tree for AS with lethal tempo. Your laning phase would probably be a whole lot safer with biscuts, but your late-game threat would likely be slightly lowered. Thanks for reading!

Thanks! For my first guide, I think it turned out well. Sivir probably can go jungle due to her strong waveclear, but doesn't really have any form of sustain or good ganking abilities. Probably better at camps with multiple enemies, like raptors or krugs, so her ricochet can be used to full effectiveness.

You could use her in the jungle but she does no have a lot of engage to be a jungler, she lacks some sustain vs camps in early game and she is very squishy.

I think is a bit of a crutch for most ADCs, but Sivir is one of the few that I find Stormrazor to be a genuinely useful investment. Just wait until Stormrazor's passive activates, use her ricochet, then watch her CS soar.

Yeah, Stormrazer provides a huge 1 item powerspike for Sivir, especially since you can bounce her Stormrzer Crit proc on everyone in lane with your ricochet. She's definitely one of the easiest champions to CS with.

I usually like to have control of the wave, because you don't need to use ricochet to CS if you aren't in an optimal position. If you want to freeze the wave, you can just last-hit, but I like to have the option to punish my lane opponents by shoving the wave under tower if they have an early recall.

Thanks for the guide!
I found mana band more useful as I always struggle with mana consumption = die easily in the early game. Therefore, I always want at least one mana+damage item.

I could see getting manaflow band as more efficient early, but I don't find mana to be a huge problem with Sivir if you can block their abilities with Spell Shield. Anyways, thanks for the positive feedback!

Hm, true, but when it's on cooldown I'm so dead. Out of mana also quite dead. I just started with her, maybe that will come with experience.

When I play Sivir I try to push the minion waves but the enemy pushes into my minion wave and engages on me anyway so I can't get close enough to push the wave. They always seem to out dps me early game. What do you think I should do in these matchups?

If they heavily out dps you in the early game, you can stand behind your ranged minions. If they auto you, they'll pull all of the minion aggro and you will be able to outtrade them. Otherwise you could set up a freeze outside your turret, so they'll be really over-extended if they stay to farm or poke. Call in assistance from your jungle and you can pick up at least 1 kill.
