When should I take Fleet over Conqueror?

Usually in match ups you struggle with a lot. Even though fleet is viable, I personally recommend learning to play with conqueror into all match ups as it's overall the best keystone on Sylas.

uhm on mid lane the runes conqueror and fleet are switched, i dont really understand which one is the meta, other than that great guide

To be honest i'm not that much into the lores and stuff, but i have seen the videos about his background, and i think it's a really cool theme that fits his character well.
