Yes! Trist is the strongest off-meta jungler IMO. Especially the changes she got during S8 (less early game range but more burst damage) make her designed for jungle.
She has amazing ganks with
Rocket Jump and fast AOE clear with her Q and E. It's a lot like Twitch jungle but much safer because she has better dueling potential, and can always escape a fight so she never gets caught out in her jungle (a big weakness of Twitch).
You'll need to look with the crit rework next patch, it will impact Trist a lot, but overall it's solid.
