You can blame the people you are matched with for ruining your game experience (muting them solves most issues).
But you can't blame them for having a terrible winrate, that's a copout.

i beg to differ, i was watching her matches, she literally was with at least two bots per match, while the other team were so obvious that are smurfs, for example, the cs , the flashes, how they know to avoid every type of spell, and mix it with another

Idk what you mean bots, I only see bots in bot matches? smurfs I see those alot in A.I matches also. Youre always gonna have inters, from iron to challenjor. Very rarely have I encountered a person and said wow, I cant play this as good, or better than him and win. I havent seen tfblade or LL stylish in a single match. Just keep learning. It's a hard game to master. Good luck in tha fields :D

they all buy the same items, and walk together to the same spot, and die there over and over again, they attack anything in their way , might use spells too, but they all do the same process, you can see them in aram mostly.
for some reason, enemy zac bugs them, they keep casting spells where his body is for three mins or so

she comes from another moba, and she is actually pretty good in them, but oh my god, her last 30 games or something are straight defeat, i have been watching her games, and it disgusting, either bots or smurfs, MOSTLY smurfs, how is that fair? how can i make her not give up on this game? i swear its so cancerous, they spam ez, is there nothing i can do to stop this and be able to enjoy a match with her?
EDIT: she doesnt want to play with me unless she can carry (because of our level difference and how hard its gonna be for both of us)
