I don't know if you'll understand this comment, but I'll make a quick review of your guide.
I'll refrain from speaking about the runes since there are FOUR kinds of Jhin players. About the skill levelling cheatsheet, as far as I know, it's impossible to put FOUR levels in a single skill without levelling another skill first, so Q > Q > Q > Q would only be possible if you levelled W or E somewhere between.
Adding some images to make it less text-based guide would really improve the reading experience.

Your guide has lots of content in it, but I feel it was a bit rushed. You could take a bit more time to explain chapters more in-depth. Also, I'd recommend trying to add some BBCode to the guide, this wiki and this guide will help you learning how to use it!

Anyway, keep working on this guide, non-english guides are really valuable since they'll help gathering people around the world, making MOBAFire an even greater community! See ya!
