Thank you so much for this guide! It helped me so much, I used to main Kindred and have been wanting to start her again. The problem is I dislike her jungle when I am in certain moods so this ADC guide helps me tons. I find she is quite hard ADC which is why I looked at this.

ok quick question why is Hob more optimal then pta?

Basically compared to pta, hob is better in shorter trades and that allows you to win more lanes. It’s also a matter of having domination primary to guarantee a burst + gold snowball whereas precision primary is best in extended trades and teamfights which makes it harder to pilot early. Will go more in depth in the runes section today :)

why manamune Immortal shieldbow? and is the item section not updated in the guide part

They're by far the strongest starting items rn, I'm gonna update the text in the guide part today and I will also do a video soon-ish running down some more tips and concepts.
TL:DR Shieldbow gives you the tankiness you need to fight in extended trades and an extra lifeline you can use to bait out opponents. Manamune is the best mana sustain item and gives an insane damage spike.

I used to recommend HoB especially because you can auto 4 times with it due to the Q reset, but you actually do much more burst damage with electrocute and first strike, even after 3-4 autos, simply because kindred is 50% auto-attacks and 50% abilities. If what you're looking for is more dps for extended trades, then you should always go pta or conqueror

Why does the build at the top say to build PD, but further down it says you don't recommend it?

Down in the guide is a little outdated and I’m gonna do it during the week. Basically I never thought rushing PD was a play until I saw kog’maws doing it every game in korea about two months ago, so I gave it a try and it was far stronger than the rest. As a 4th/5th item PD would not be as great.

Back here with another question lol. What do you think of the ER rush into Shieldbow build? Is it not as good as the build you recommend anymore?

3. Why do you suggest Cut Down for the long trades when you say Coup de Grace and Last Stand are better? Should you take Cut Down only in certain situations like tank comp in bot lane or overall on opposing team?

Sorry if this seems demanding or rude at all I've just been trying Kindred ADC really hard and have been struggling. I like Kindred too, I just really want to make it work because I am not very good with the Kindred in the jungle.

No worries I’m very happy to answer as many questions as you have :) I’ve come to not like ER through my experience you lack attack speed in early-game and if you get behind early you’ll lack mana in laning phase when it really matters. (Before you can finish ER) Which will put you behind even more. I don’t recommend it tbh even if it is heavy AD and scales relatively well, it’s a bit too punishing in early game.

When should you buy boots? before your guide said to rush boots. Just curious. Great job with the guide.

Thanks :) I’m in the process of doing a fully descriptive video guide where info like that will figure more clearly. Because I recommend rushing PD, and zeal gives 7% MS instant, it’s actually better to rush the zeal component, and get your boots along the completion of PD. It’s best to finish your boots before starting your mythic. If you’re not starting a zeal item however, boots should be rushed first. Hope this helps!

Hey there!

I've always wanted to play as ADC, but since its major disadvantage is not being able to effectively stack his passive, how do you deal with this? Rely only on kills to stack?
One thing in your guide that I'd not recommend is using so much images as text on the start and at the end of the guide, since it messes up the content when viewing the guide from other devices.

Anyway, great guide, I'll make sure to try to play as ADC one day.

Hey there,
The stacks mainly come from killing the enemy botlane or the jungler pre-20 minutes. Although, if you are ahead before 4 marks and have a mark on crab or gromp/ golems, you can get free stacks in the beginning. It's a bit slower than the jungle stacking obviously but it doesn't matter that much before you hit mid-game anyways. I'd say aiming for 3 stacks every 10 minutes is pretty good. Also, use the bug on Kindred's passive that is featured on the guide.

Sorry I didn't actually mean to post the guide until finished, I was just sharing it to a friend, that is why it is not completed yet.

Also about the images/text, I will change some of them to normal text, I just wanted to try something. :)
