Yeah it's pretty good once you get ER you'll have omnivamp as well so you will have to recall less.

Hey! So, I have a question. Since Phantom Dancer and Malmortius' shields don't stack, I have to choose and build only one of them,right?
So if they have a lot of AP or a fed APC I should buy Malmourtius instead of Dancer

Yes definitely prioritize survivability, if you think you can get away with a smaller shield and no MR then you can risk it but typically you would want to get as much resistances against a fed ap carry as possible. Consider taking MR in your runes if necessary.
