He also gets E first always and maxes it over Q. This is the basically what he does:
lvl 1: E
lvl 2: Q
lvl 3: E
lvl 4: W
Then the rest is just E>Q>W and obviously upgrade ult whenever you reach the appropriate level. The items are usually Divine Sunderer and then completely situational based on the enemy and how well he does. So what do you think?
Edit: I've been doing this and I've crushed lane most of the time but I lose a lot because of my macro mistakes as well as other factors *winkwink* (If you know you know).

Ultimately I've chosen Conditioning because it's both the most popular and higher winrate rune on Nasus, so it seems to perform better than Second Wind in most games. Second Wind on the other hand can situationally be better in matchups where you're going to take a lot of harass early on such as vs Pantheon and Gnar, but as a general pick, I favour Conditioning.
