Black Cleaver has less damage, but you gain health which makes you more tanky, you will have more armor shred than with youmuss, and more movement speed as phage grants movement speed in fights, but youmuss grants only if your out of teamfights, and when you kill a target you get 60 movement speed with phage for 2 seconds. But i still think if your snowballing really hard early youmuss is a good buy but i would swap it out late game for black cleaver.
