Camille ain't an extreme threat, I would place her in the Even section, and move Pantheon from Major to Extreme, as there is no escape from him. He'll get close enough to you over time, you'll E and there comes the jump. He's extreme, maybe even more than Malphite as you actually get a chance to play safe against Malph.
The BBCoding ain't special in this guide. Try searching for some Quinn pictures, and upload them just to improve the look.

You should tell people that they can actually start the game with Q besides the E. The new Quinn players don't know it. There is no point in starting E other than Q vs. against Teemo, or any melee champion that has no OP dash or something.
