This list has more wrongs than rights,how did you even manage to mess up this badly my god.

hmmm... I generally don't agree with this tierlist. Many of your 1st tier aren't really broken. poppy? evelyn? and even in the bottom of the tier, MF and shaco deserve better. these were some examples and there are many more mistakes considering the meta.

I don't think Evelynn is broken, as she has a bad early game, in a mostly early game meta. She gets invaded very easily and many hard matchups for her are good right now like Lee Sin

Udyr over MF? Shes one of the most picked in LEC, LCS etc atm

Tahm is freelo right now, so he deserves to be in the broken category. Karthus is super easy to kill and is hard countered by any stopwatch item. Sona has the highest winrate in her lane, so she deserves something better than solid. Blitz got a big buff, so he at least deserves very strong since his Q can win games.

Oh, did anyone else notice that Tahm was NOT nerfed this patch.

Xin is broken?? How, with what???
Yuumi is broken? Hahahahahaha, how?
Have you tried Qiyana?
Kayle was broken, not anymore as 80% of champions with ranged abilities can win a lane against him easily.
Nunu ain't very strong, he's a utility champion.
Annie is average? Funny one.
MF is Average and Kai'Sa is broken? It's a funny one too.

Annie is average, she can get countered by almost anything, and her early game is really bad if she can't properly wave clear.

How can annie have bad early if she literally can't miss a single minion at early due to her Q?

's early can get completely destroyed if she gets zoned, or camped. It doesn't matter if she can Q every single minion when she can't even get the time to get any, meaningly the reason why has a lot of counters. But if it's for someone like then it's easier to lane since he can't harass that much pre-6 as long as you dodge his first combo. If you die to ganks more then 3 times early on, you're kinda screwed. Unless you manage to get enough items to get back into the game again, but that means farming all the time.

Same thing kinda goes with in most team comps he can dominate and really carry the game, but in some he just gets kinda useless. Taking my jungle champion for example , I can completely duel him alone without the need of help and i'll always win, but if I were someone like with her very bad clearing and overall damage early, it'd be an easy fight for to win. Just generally my opinion though.

Like I previously said, I disagree with the one, she's still pretty useless. I'd say she's about average tier tbh. is pretty weak, has a lot of counters and is just meh overall, also average tier imo.

is highly underrated, if he can manage to get a good enough early game with relatively average ganks then games can be completely put into his favor. However, having that said I disagree with him being in the Very strong tier, i'd say he's more of a Solid tier tbh.

I wouldn't say is average, more or less a solid tier. However, is way more broken then MF, lmao. If can get the items that she needs and the evolved abilities, she can 1v1 completely and she'll always win. Doesn't matter how much lethality MF has.

I dont think xin zhao is in broken tier, rek'sai can counter him easily and maybe trynda must be on broken tier with new conqueror and IE
