Yes, I see you did changed it, however, this kind of build and runeset doesn't suit garen. As a Garen main, I can safely say that attack speed is not what Garen will excell at, not even burst damage. If you want to play a perfect defense Garen but still doing a **** ton of damage, I suggest you make your build adaptive as possible, and restrict your damaging items only to black cleaver and death's dance.
