What do you think about going tree second, because got insane burst anyway, so and seems unnecessary?

I really like these runes, because with them you have much higher one-shot potential (especially ) and they guarantee at least some damage late, even if you're behind enemy jungler. What runes would you propose from ?

shes one of the best burst assassin mages in the game, and after watchin some metaphor i feel motivated to play her again.
mained her for a period of time (until pyke came out, that was a MOMENT) and i wonder if she's still a strong pick in the meta atm? i don't know what her strengths and weaknesses are in terms of what her bad matchups are, and who she synergizes will with.
