Yeah but it falls off after 1 item, it's only really that good in pro play where the early game means everything. Conq and Fleet are better for us plebs.

Yo, isn't HOB extremely good on yas now? When, you proc HOB with an auto, your Q cooldown is maxed out lvl 1. This is so good in trading and kiting without your attaack speed items.
