Although I can understand going Glacial, I don't understand why you would go Glacial and then build standard electrocute Ahri. The point of Glacial Augment is sacrificing damage to help your team, not yourself. This build actually reduces your damage heavily since you aren't getting the benefits of the full domination tree and electrocute, but also not taking advantage of the broken interactions Glacial has with Hextech GLP and Twin Shadows. You're free to do the build you want but I just want to know what the reason for mixing the builds like this is.

I like this build for the pure advantage you get in midlane. It makes your e easier to hit for winning trades. I understand what you are saying and don't wanna argue about it but I just love the easy charms you hit and how easily you can kill your opponent in lane or get an advantage to roam by bullying the enemy from the lane after one or 2 charms.

Although hitting your charm puts you ahead in lane since you're going to almost always win the trade, Ahri doesn't need to hit her charm to win trades or even trade at all. Charm is a mana hungry ability and when taking the Glacial runes you don't have enough mana sustain to even justify going for constant charm trades. I'm not telling you what to do, but if you are trying to play for the laning phase then the electrocute build is still better since you get more damage in trades in addition to manaflow band giving extra mana in the lane. If you do use Glacial then you should abuse the fact that Hextech GLP and Twin Shadows both are good for laning and roaming. You can fully lock down an enemy with GLP and charm while also getting cheap shot off, and then use Twin Shadows and combo the enemy again to do a large amount of damage. It also makes your ganks much more potent and deadly. Again I am not telling you how to play, but these items are built with Glacial for a reason, and you should try it out. (Oh and btw your title misspelled "Preseason" as "Presaison.")
