Actually the summoner spells aren't tied to each build. I was planning making a chapter to explain that, because Flash/Ignite is for a standard midlane or to suppress an endless healing from a champion, Flash/Ghost for a more mobile game to roam or anything that needs more movement speed and Ghost/Ignite for a go-for-the-kill lane.
