Quick question, since you think Titanic Hydra isn't a good item on Sett anymore, is it still a good idea to build it on very hard tanks (eg; Tahm Kench, Ornn, etc)? I've been struggling with Sett for a long times with the nerfs and some advice would be great, thanks!

I don't think so honestly!
Since the changes to his passive, q and itemization as a whole unfortunately Sett has been
relegated to an auto attack only champion. Spell weaving isn't as important, meaning that the best current build until pre-season hits is BOTRK>Cleaver>Boots>Death's dance>Steraks>GA

Into Ornn/Sion/Kench max Q into E and make sure to dodge their highest damage spells.
Against Ornn W, you can tank the whole W and cast your own W as he goes for the brittle proc.
This'll make sure that your W always hits and gimps his damage in return. I hope some of this helps!

are you still standing on that build in the in-depth guide? or have u changed it ?, why not randuins omen for hp instead of guardian angel ? and why not change the old build at the top of page?

People's opinions on sett's ability maxing is different.. like you say to max W then E then Q and R whenever you can but other people say max Q then W then E and there are even more people who are saying to max Q then E then W... what is the right one? i'm very confused right now and i would be thankful if you could tell me also i'm sure that conq is the best keystone for Sett atm.

I was originally maxing Q into E during PBE testing, by the way, and my guide did use to say that. Things have changed a little bit now!

So after playing him a lot against consitently better opponents, and figuring out how to solo carry on live, I've found that maxing W gives the best results. I think that Q is more CONSISTENT damage, but you can dive, poke, waveclear and everything with W into E max. Q % damage is always going to be decent because it is % damage, so you don't really have to funnel so many points into it even if it does help. Conq is 100% the best rune for him after playing so many games. He's an extended fighter, so you really benefeit from all of the stats. So, why up E as second skill instead of W? CC more times is great, but I think W base damage is better than E more times. And, with more Ws you can have more shield, wiich means in a long fight you denies a lot of damage.

You usually only get 1 w off in a fight since it's a longer cooldown as well as the fact that it's gated behind grit storage. while I do agree that the damage is really good, you kind of answered your own question. More cc is more valuable and also gives you access to "damage reduction" as people can't hit you when they're stunned.
