League of Legends (LoL) Question: Ad mid laners

Talon can roam pretty well, with his kit allowing him to go to a side lane pretty quickly due to Assassin's Path, which also allows him to path in such a way that the usual ward placements wouldn't detect him.

Qiyana is another one, having a guaranteed snare on Terrashape makes it so she's good at catching out targets, and that's not even her biggest roaming strength. With Supreme Display of Talent, Qiyana is by far the best AD tower dive roamer, and is almost guaranteed a kill or two on the side lanes even if the enemy side lanes are hiding under their tower if their jungler/mid laner do not follow up on the roam.

Zed is also a good roamer, not as good as the two I mentioned above, but like the others, your typical mid lane mage can find it difficult to follow his roams without being killed for being out of position.

Irelia, Pantheon, and Renekton can actually work really well mid-lane, same with Pyke and Yasuo. Those two are MUCH harder though.

I prefer Talon, and he is my first MID champion, easy to play, build full lethalty :)

If you don't mind something unusual: Kled can be played mid, and he has high roaming capactities with his ult.

If you are good at melee champion, then Zed is the best champion. But Zed is difficult to play. Talon is another. I have seen others playing with Ekko too. So whatever champion you want to play, its totally upto you. If you can play these champions, the you can roaming easily.
