Can you add K'Sante to the matchup list?

Pretty good guide! However been mostly rushing bork then kraken instead of hydras as a lot of the top lane matchups are tank and chonky boys. Bork does a better job at deleting them, and the slow is good for chasing targets too.

We will have to choose between IE or navori. Unable to buy both Navori Quickblades and Infinity Edge since last patch.

Thanks for now best guide i found,personaly 1 suggestion ban teemo(if he build attack speed and ability haste he cna just run and spam q to blinde ;-;) and if they got morgana take Cleanse trust me its life saving and hope thare morgane aint building stun to be 11 seconds long not even your ultimate will mater they all will just leave ;-;

I love your guide, it helped me a lot but one question. When I faced Irelia mid as Tryndamere, I sometimes struggle against her because she bought Plated Steelcaps early and I couldn't do mcuh damage to her and also my critical from my passive was unlucky. Also, I think it's way harder to beat her without jungler's help. Can you give me any tips how to beat her easily and what first items should I get against her and is it possible to beat her without jungler's help?

Besides late game Jax, there isn't really another champion that comes to mind that Tryndamere loses a 1v1 (late game to). He can shred just about any other duelist including Yasou, Xin Zhao, Master Yi, Warwick, Fiora, etc. I have absolutely shredded all of this champions late game.
