He also gets E first always and maxes it over Q. This is the basically what he does:
lvl 1: E
lvl 2: Q
lvl 3: E
lvl 4: W
Then the rest is just E>Q>W and obviously upgrade ult whenever you reach the appropriate level. The items are usually Divine Sunderer and then completely situational based on the enemy and how well he does. So what do you think?
Edit: I've been doing this and I've crushed lane most of the time but I lose a lot because of my macro mistakes as well as other factors *winkwink* (If you know you know).

1. 3 points into E is fine but I wouldn't put any more into it so you can still have Q maxed by level 10. It gives more laning power which can sometimes be necessary at the expense of scaling, but you don't want to sacrifice too much scaling as
2. Tier 1 Boots generally don't make a huge difference for dodging skillshots. The difference between no Boots and tier 2 boots is huge, but the difference between no boots vs tier 1 boots isn't that great, and you don't want to be rushing tier 2 boots either as it greatly delays CDR (and Ionians aren't worth using).
