Balori, your guide has some very long walls of text, and lots of slightly clashing colors, especially in your "My Strategy to Follow" section. I would reccomend sticking with one color and using it throughout the guide, as you end up with a guide that is more visually cohesive. As well as that, maybe consider coloring your links to mobafire's in-house database? I think it might help break up the text flow and make this guide *pop*.

Honestly, those who create guides on this page seem to not even play the game, why recommend Grasp of the Undying with a short trade champ in which you only apply a single basic?... In any case, you can get more advantage from the replic rune, very useful in short trades where you usually receive the same damage despite starting with an advantage

Ahhhhhhh such a wonderful clickbait. Have in mind peeps that dude doesn't have 80, doesn't have 70! Nor does he have even 60% with Galio on his profile, not to mention that the one time he recently played that champion, he went full tank, absolutely disregarding his astonishing guidelines when making his build.
If it's so free elo why don't you just play it in D2 and get yourself to Chally without any problems, friend?
But whatever, I have nothing to lose anyway so I will try it out, sure.
I am just pissed that while some people may have found some luck with the build in their normal games, I am afraid that ranked just doesn't work that way and considering League is a highly team-dependent game, even if you are 20 kills, if your teams has 20+ deaths combined, then say goodbye to your freelo. ^^

Btw could you also let me know if I can use the same runes if I play support apart from Top Lane or You recommend the Aftershock + Inspiration Rune? I asked because I find aftershock just meh! Please advise. Ty :)

I never using aftershock, not only cause the Aftershock itself is not even worth for Galio especially compared with something as POWERFUL as Arcane comet, but also cause of the rest picks for the resolve tree, when we are choosing "Runes" for each champion (not only Galio) we also need to consider the rest 3 runes from the tree, not just the keystone! Thats why you will see people unable to understand why and which rune to choose, cause they thing that cause the Keystone is "strong" it means that the rest of the runes are equally powerful, all runes are important and it will give you INSANELY POWER to become the strongest of all.
For Galio case, you will still play with the same runes and for items you will go for either the spell thief of the last hit support item to help your ADC farm better, cause of your W you will have more than enough sustain and cause of the rest of the runes from Sorcery, you will also have MANA SUSTAIN, Burst DAMAGE and even more DAMAGE cause of scorch that will also apply the Liandrys for 2 at least seconds more, making your Q doing an insanely big amount of %HP dmg together with the item!
ALSO and this is super important, the secondary runes tree, NO MATTER WHAT, need to be Domination, cause of the Sudden impact(Full magic pen build) and right now either ULTIMATE HUNTER (after the buffs) and Ravenous hunter (better sustain), inspiration is by far one of the weakest runes trees especially for our style!

So the fast answer is, play with the runes-items you are seeing, just go for the sup item and 2 dorans instead of 3 and follow the same item path, just watch out with your Q to not last hit the creeps of your poor ADC <3
