No teleport on Top build and i think in top build precission might be better than resolve

Hey,
many times when I see builds for sylas from high elo players they build a little bit tank (you did it only when you are top), do you know why? Also, why grasp of the undying? And what about riftmaker?

Really nice guide, helped me a lot with sylas. The only thing missing would be some matchups, but I imagine it's kind of hard with that many roles.
