I'm pretty sure Umbral Glaive (at least early) sucks on grasp Senna as grasp is meant more for survivability in longer teamfights versus higher burst damage potential. Generally the consensus on grasp Senna is to build Frozen Mallet into Black Cleaver and to finish off the build with either some situational lethality (Edge of Night, Youmuus, or Duskblade. You don't really need the Umbral Glaive passive) before going into crit or to just go straight into crit (Mainly IE and RFC). Also since you have Font of Life you probably want to get Frozen Mallet first to be able to consistently proc it.

Forgot to mention this earlier but you also do not need the CDR shard in your runes since your item build already exceeds the 40% CDR limit so that slot is wasted (not to mention that the cdr you gain early from that is negligible) and that Essence Reaver isn't really useful since you don't need mana because of PoM and could build additional lethality for the CDR or other crit/zeal items for the damage.

I've been playing Senna for a while now... loved the champ but have been sitting at just over a 50% wr with glacial. I tried dark harvest but it doesn't do enough damage. Since I've switched to booger Senna, I've shot up to 75% and am running up the S rankings. One item I'd toss on there would be mortal reminder. In this lifesteal meta I find myself grabbing an early executioners almost every game.
