League of Legends Reforged Rune: Hail of Blades

Starting an attack windup against an enemy champion triggers Hail of Blades, and if the windup completes, you gain 2 stacks of the effect for 3 seconds, with the duration refreshing on basic attacks on-attack against enemy champions until all stacks are consumed. Stacks are consumed per basic attack on-attack and you generate an additional stack of the effect each time you cast an ability or spell that has a basic attack reset, up to 2 times.

While Hail of Blades is active, you gain [120% for Melee | 60% for Ranged] bonus attack speed, are allowed to exceed the attack speed cap and basic attacks deal 4-21.88 (+6% of ability power) (+8% per bonus attack damage) bonus true damage (depending on level).

Cooldown: 10 seconds.
