League of Legends Reforged Rune: Hail of Blades

Basic attacking an enemy champion grants [110% for Melee | 80% for Ranged] bonus attack speed as well as make your bonus attack speed ignore the attack speed cap (2.5) for your next 3 basic attacks on-attack. Attack resets do not consume a stack of Hail of Blades, but do benefit from the bonus attack speed.

The triggering attack benefits from Hail of Blades and will always consume a stack.

Hail of Blades lasts 3 seconds, and consuming a stack against enemy champions refreshes the duration to 3 seconds. The buff stops refreshing if the basic attack targeting a champion is cancelled.

Cooldown: 12 seconds.
