IF you would build the right defenisve item against teemo its called adaptive helmet you wouldnt say its a hard fight xD. Sure your build can work but full dmg at skarner isnt made for win games even when enemys got a lot cc with them ;) Your a tank, to have the right " style combination" overtime is the secet not just to build full of anything and may it work or may not ^^. Skarner isnt a pure auto attack champ he can roam like perma stun with decent cdr.And you will also onehit someone without full attack speed build
