I don't think that soraka is the ideal synergy, but the builds are good. The only thing I would change is the spellbinder in the build when ahead. I find spellbinder useless and I would place rylai instead, but everyone's play style is different.

I don't see the point of a Rylai on a electrocute Ahri, if it's for the hp, liandry gives you hp too with better dmg overall, and the slow shouldn't be that useful when ahead (you should be able to os the carry, so slowing a corpse doesn't seem that useful)
Honestly, I prefer spellbinder, or Zonhya.
For the soraka synergy, I agree it's pretty weak, you shouldn't be hit while playing Ahri and if you get hit you're probably gonna die.
And I think that cassio is at least a rank 4 threat, the anti dash puddle is cancerous

rylai is good bcs of the slow, there is a reason why glacial augment on ahri is a thing. Slowing multiple targest with q is making the teamfights so much easier.
