Well I would for sure not select 
Ignite. It is extremely easy to use and we all know that bronze players like to take challenges. Cleanse should do the trick there. Also when playing against no CC champions - Legend: Tenacity can actually be pretty damn good. Maxing Hate Spike 18 levels in a row seems "fine" but I'd personally say that Allure is better because it has nicer icon. I love the Runaan's Hurricane in your build, it is SO GOOD, actually it is so good you can't even buy it as Evelynn is melee. I guess Riot Games was just afraid of it breaking the META. Anyway, great guide, ez upvote.
