YES someone recognizing the power of Lulu!!
I know people think Koreans are crazy with their builds, but in this tier list you fully recognize the OP picks that are hidden from the NA players.
Respect for the entire tier list!

Lulu Top? Is Lulu really that broken? I'd like to see Lulu against Urgot, that would be fun xD

top has been a big thing recently in high elos and pro play, especially in Korea, she gets a lot of poke off in the laning phase, and then later game provides a bunch of utility as literally a second support for your team, without sacrificing a lane. It's crazy.
top just doesn't work because he doesn't have that much support power if he builds solo (with something like ) which loses the whole point of having a support in top lane.
