Well done on the tier list!
I feel like something you could change would be adding Yone to the solo queue tier list since he's pretty powerful if played properly.
I think Katarina is also a really good solo queue champion due to her strengths in crazy teamfights.

Nice tiers, I can really relate to everything based on my experience. There are some missing champions which means you have probably never played them, which saves me the effort to complain on not seeing Fiora in the best champions since she can literally solo anyone regardless her weak defenses.

hey.
I understand that this is based on personal thoughts.
But many champs like Kayn, Vladimir, Xin Zhao, Katarina and Soraka have been of the best champs for soloq with decent winrate. Many big tierlists like mobalytics and proguides have placed them high as well and I don't get it why they are down there. what are your reasons for it?

True, thank you for giving some tips, I have made a mistake about putting Kayn and vlad and xin zhao in the normal pick tier for they actually had good winrates, I was thinking about it in other ways such as hard to play and needs too much skill, however I believe kata is normal pick by that I mean she is really hard to master in soloq

true. Kata is really hard to master. However, when she gets fed she just one shot people xD
Kayn has been keeping a good place since the massive Q buff he got. (specially his red form)
and Vladimir mid has been around for a while with good results. I rarely see him in top anymore.
Xin Zhao got a buff recently and now has a good place in meta. His lvl2 ganks are actually insane.
