How to get through promos?

Second game my Anivia on mid leave with 0-5 kd, and my jungle was down about 3 lvl, 7 kills and all objectives than enemy jungl, even with our help, wards and early kills. I really dont know how to climb. The second problem is - you should learn how to play instead of wanting the result now and take high elo, but with such teammates and sometimes hard technicall issues from the game, its impossible to gettin fun and learn, you are just falling down in tilt.[/quote]

Is this a curse? Im really frustrated now how hilarious this situation is. 2 promos in a row identicaly ruined.[/quote]
